William "Bill" Allen Royse, 90, was born July 27, 1927 and passed away January 15, 2018. He is a retired US Postal Service Mail Carrier of 30 years and he served in the US Navy. Bill is also a Scottish Rite 32 degree Mason Life Member (50 years) and a member of the Midian Shrine Oriental Band. He is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Julia; parents Clarence and Hula Royse and brother Richard Royse. His survivors include daughter Julie (Peter) Redman; sister, Norma Blank; granddaughters Kirsten Nyberg, Hannah (Mark) Herwig; great-grandchildren Morgan & Erik Nyberg, Jessica Doshier; sister-in-law Sandra Warford, Mesa, AZ; nephews Kevin (Barbara) Royse, Salina, KS; Mike Blank, Chad Blank; nieces Kathy (Lloyd) Mullins, Kathy (Stephen) Mattocks. Extended family includes 4 granddaughters and 9 great-grandchildren.
