William P. Phillips, 85, passed away May 17, 2017 in Wichita, KS. He was born Feb. 29, 1932 to John and Ruba Phillips. He was retired from KG&E. William is preceded in death by his parents and siblings; Ruba, Chuck, Earl, Pearlie, Ervin, Corrine, John, Leola and Wilson. He is survived by his children, Marcus Phillips, Kevin Phillips, Vanessa (Ken) Downing, Paula Phillips and Jeri Ann Ross; companion, Theressa "Gayle" Beard; a brother, Zeb Phillips; a sister, Earline Parker; 11 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
