Virginia Florez, 90, went to be with the Lord February 11, 2023. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 4, 1932 to Pascual and Juanita Perez in Kingman, Kansas. She was the oldest of 7 children. She worked 32 years for Pratt and Lambert until she retired. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Pascaul and Juanita Perez; and husband of 54 years, Alex M. Florez. She is survived by sons, Mark S. (Charlotte) Florez and Richard (Shana) Florez; grandchildren, Justin Florez, Jade Florez, Marcus (Cate) Florez, Vanessa (Stephen) Anderson, and Josh Florez; and great-grandchildren, Aleecia, Alec, Brianna, Bella, and Jaeden. Funeral service will be held at 12pm Friday, February 17 at Central Christian Church 2900 N Rock Rd, Wichita, KS 67226.
