Toshi Burroughs, 84, was born in Chiba-ken, Japan on July 6, 1928 to Seijuro and Taka Imazeki. She died in Wichita, Kansas on November 28, 2012. Toshi was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Kansas Women's Golf Association and loved gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth in 1991. Leaving to mourn her passing is her son, James Burroughs of Wichita; grandsons, Max and Alex Burroughs; sister Ritsuko Imazeki of Japan. A Memorial Services is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Old Mission Mortuary with a receptions to follow at McDonald Park Golf Club. Memorials have been designated to the Wichita Jr. Golf Foundation, 7529 E. 10th Circle North, Wichita, KS 67206. Old Mission Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
