Thomas Zane "Junior" Beason, 92, reached Father God's finish line for his earthly race and crossed over on Sept. 4, 2014. Visitation Fri. 4-8 p.m., with family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. at Old Mission Mortuary. Funeral service Sat. 11:00 a.m. at Wichita First Church of the Nazarene. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Maude (Rambo) Beason; brother, Bill Beason; sisters, Wahneta Loesch, Bernice Pomeroy, Opal Boardman, Dorothy Traylor, Melba Rhea; daughters, Kathy Nockels and Pamela Ott. Survived by his wife of 72 yrs., Wanda (Stamm) Beason ; daughter, Trudi Karker; son, Brad Beason; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Media Ministry/ Wichita First Church of the Nazarene or Derby DaVita Dialysis.
