IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Theresa
Mills
December 6, 1951 – March 20, 2025
Theresa Ann Mills, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away surrounded by family on March 20, 2025, at the age of 73 in her lifelong home of Wichita, Kansas. Born on December 6, 1951, in Wichita, Theresa was the cherished daughter of the late Norma and Thomas Green and was preceded in death by her son Christopher Mills and daughter Amy Mills. She is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Gary Mills; her children Christina Miller, Angela Laughlin, and stepson Jeromy Mills; her brothers Johnny, Danny, and Marty Green; her grandchildren, Samantha Miller, Alyssa Miller, Hailey Miller, Katelyn Miller, Adric Mils, Adriana Mills, Brooklyn Beauchamp, Michael Beauchamp, Kaleb Mills, Kaden Mills, Kaiden Beauchamp, Makayla Mills, Aria Laughlin, Ava Laughlin, Christopher Laughlin; Her great grandchildren Cameron Rigsby, Regan Rigsby, Easton Miller, and Kalaya Berry. Theresa's life was a testament to her unwavering faith and boundless love. A devoted member of her Catholic Church, embodying the spirit of Christianity through her kindness and generosity. Known for her warm and welcoming nature, Theresa had a unique ability to make everyone feel like family. Her home was a haven of love, often filled with laughter and warmth as she welcomed not only her own children and grandchildren but their friends and partners as well. At every gathering, her signature phrase, "Hug Hug and Kissy Kissy," was a comforting farewell and requirement to leave. She expected anyone, even those she just met to give her a hug and kiss. Just a small reminder of her inclusive and loving spirit. Theresa adored all things Elvis, often tuning into reruns of Elvis movies and marathons. She also enjoyed watching country westerns with her husband Gary, although most will say she actually enjoyed arguing with him even more. Theresa was a beacon of light in everyone's lives. She raised more children who weren't her own than one could count. Her home was always open to everyone, and she made sure to show love and kindness to all.
Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
