Turner, Stephen George, age 65, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on July 18th, 2021. Steve was a proud graduate and member of the swim team at North High School class of 1974. He followed family tradition going to work at Davis- Moore for several years. Steve was preceded in death by his parents George and Patty Turner. He is survived by his sister Kathy (Mike), brothers, Brian (Chris), and James, Nephews/Nieces Aaron (Lisa), Danny, Drew, Michael (Lacie), Sarah, Jessica, Kylee, Zoe (Landen), Leo, Ike, Henry, Thatcher and Arya. Steve loved making memories with his family and reminiscing. He enjoyed family celebrations, church, trips to the Zoo, cars, fishing, swimming, snow skiing, tubing, hiking in the mountains and family vacations all over the globe. Steve especially looked forward to his birthday (blowing out the candles), Independence Day, and the Hutchinson State Fair. The family would like to thank the staff at Catholic Adult Day Services, Starkey, and Harry Hynes Hospice for the love and support that was provided for Steve. Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 22 at Tyler Baptist Church, 571 S. Tyler Road. Memorials to Catholic Charities Adult Day Services, Starkey, and Tyler Baptist Church.
