Rosalie Belle Stephens, was born April 16, 1938 in Wichita, KS. to Zachary and Minnie (Hughes) Laughary. She passed away on May 18, 2017 at the age of 79 with her family surrounding her. Rosalie was a retired automotive warehouse technician who loved Teddy Bears. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Nolan Barber; father-in-law, Rual Barber, mother-in law, Reba Barber and mother-in-law, Lela Stephens; 8 brothers and 2 sisters.. Rosalie is survived by her husband, Ernie Stephens; sister, Mary Lawyer; brother-in-law, Ron (Nancy) Stephens and several nieces and nephews.
