Robert Watkins passed away Oct. 15th 2015. He is preceded by his parents James, Nancy, from Wichita, Ks. and his sister Holly Potelle from Rago, Ks. He is survived by his brother Richard from Ottwa, Ks. and brother-in-law Jeff Potelle from Rago, Ks. And niece and nephews; Genevieve Reeves, Lucien Potelle, Grayson Potelle. The family has set up a Private Burial.
