Obituary

Robert David Noble, 79, passed away August 11, 2026, peacefully at his home in Wichita, Kansas. Born to Robert Noble and Lovie Allison on December 13, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Robert attended school in Little Rock, Arkansas, at age 20 he decided to join the United States Army where he became a combat engineer. After he left the Army, he moved to Chicago and then later move to Wichita, Kansas where he met his wife Peggy in 1993. They married in 1995 and this union lasted 31 years until his passing.

He enjoyed painting, fishing, yard work and singing in the choir, praise and worship group at Berean Assembly and the men’s choir at Goshen.

Robert is survived by his wife Peggy, sons; Dementrius Toney, Lementrius Toney, Knowledge Noble, and daughter Cassandra Maloney, grandchildren Jazzmine Noble, Jaida Burks, Kamau Noble, Yahya Noble, Zariah Noble, Zachary Noble, Shyla Maloney, Malaysia Maloney and MiKasia Smith and five great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Noble and Lovie Allison, brothers Harold Echols, Willie Durdin and Obielee Noble.

Visitation will be held on August 28, 2026, at Grant Chapel AME Church of Wichita at 12:00PM with funeral services to follow at 1:00PM.
