Rickey was born in Van Buren, AR. He grew up in Navy Housing near Coronado, CA.
When he turned 18 he joined the Navy (like his Dad), served in Vietnam. Moved back to Wichita in the' 80's and went to work for Boeing.
He was an artist. Poetry, Drawing, music and Sports!
