Quentin Hugh Tasset was born April 26, 1933 in Spearville, KS to Everett and Justina Tasset. He passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on Sept. 19, 2026. He is survived by his daughters Denise (Dan) Allis, Tama Dutton (Steve Craig), and son Timothy (Andrea) Tasset, 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Quentin joins his beloved wife Delphine and youngest son Eric.

Quentin was a veteran of the US Army. He had a career as a monument engraver at Quirings and later as a plumber working at Brake Plumbing. He had an active mind and loved to build, tinker and invent. He loved to fish, play cards, paint rocks and cheer for his Chiefs. But most of all he took an interest in anything his kids and grandkids did. He was their biggest cheerleader.

Quentin and Delphine were long time members of St. Margaret Mary.

A rosary will be prayed at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, Wichita, KS Sept 29, 2026 at 10:00 am and the Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30. The burial will be at Old Mission/Wichita Park Cemetery, 3434 E. 21st Street N., Wichita. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to the St. Margaret Mary Bldg. Fund, 2701 S. Pattie, Wichita, 67216.
