Phyllis Laverne Dutcher, 96, passed away June 14, 2024, in Derby, Kansas. She was born October 4, 1927, to Charles Fursee and Della (Bellwood) Fursee in Akron, Iowa. Phyllis was an avid artist including sewing, painting and cake decorating. She was also an active church member, singing in the choir and teaching Sunday school. Phyllis is preceded in death by grandsons, Stephen Sullins and Ryan Dixon; husband, Leonard Dutcher and son in law, Roy Milam. She is survived by children, Marlys Milam, Donna Sullins and Dale Dutcher (Connie); grandchildren, Danita White, Kendra Sweet (JW), Deborah Link (Josh), Matthew Sullins (Phonsavanh), Josh Dutcher (Sara), Sarah Frye and Dan Dutcher; 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
