Obituary
Penny Shoffner, 84, passed away August 30, 2024 at her home in Wichita. She was born January 7, 1940 to Edgar Shoffner and Cecilia Cook.
She is survived by her son Wayne (Susan) Shoffner and daughter Debra Shoffner, 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-granchildren.
Penny is preceded by her husband, Jim in 2018 and first daughter, Pamela in 1957; parents and sister Marsha Fraizer.
