Peggy J. Neal, 87, passed away January 22, 2023, in Wichita, Kansas. She was born February 3, 1935, to Andrew and Edna (Rooks) Leamon, in Neosho, Missouri. Peggy is survived by daughters, Peggy Angleton (Tim), Edna Pennington (Ben) and Myrna Deere (Roger); 19 grandchildren; 35+ great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Donald Leamon (Margaret) and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton LeRoy Neal; son, ML Neal; daughter, Dawna Mendoza and Sheldon.
