Patricia (Pattie) D. Wilson was born in Wichita, Kansas on October 12, 1958, to Guy and Wilma DeVore Wilson. She passed away in Wichita on June 13, 2024.

Pattie earned a undergraduate degree in French/Liberal Arts at Wichita State University. Subsequently she studied Counseling and School Psychology, earning advanced degrees in each of those fields. A skilled mental health practitioner, she worked for agencies in Kansas and Nevada, in private practice and as a public school psychologist. A curious person with an active mind she read extensively and was a presenter of research papers at nation conferences. After her retirement in 2021 she unfortunately suffered a decline in health and passed away from natural causes.

Pattie is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by 14 first cousins.
