Rocco-Weare, Patricia "Pat" passed away on November 19, 2022. She was born in New Britain, Connecticut on December 15, 1952 to Beatrice and Joseph Rocco who both preceded her in death. She attended New Britain High School and received her Bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University. She moved to Kansas in 1978 and married Robert Weare in June of 1979. She later received a Masters Degree from Wichita State University. Patricia taught at Horace Mann in Wichita, KS and was a guidance counselor at  Wichita Heights High School. Patricia loved her family and took delight in regular visits with her granddaughter, to whom she loved to sing. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Robert Ross Weare. She is survived by her children; Christine (Timothy) Moser and Michael Weare; her granddaughter, Victoria Moser; her brother Ronald (Linda) Rocco; her nieces Melissa (Craig) Debbisi and Susanne (Paul) Foertsch; as well as many cousins, family and friends. Services will be held at 10 a.m Thursday, December 1 at Thomas Aquinas Church.
