Pamela D. Seavey, 69, passed on April 14, 2026, a sunny Tuesday afternoon. She was preceded by her husband Dave, son Luke, mom B. Eileen Jahnke, and sister Susie Stanley. Survived by her loving daughter Kitti, her greatest joy, granddaughter Lily, and Lily’s mom, Diana Rooney. The memory of her big heart and fierce spirit will live in our hearts forever.

Pam bravely embraced life for five years after the loss of her husband Dave, whom were steadfast in love for over 41 years, having met at age 16.

She was incredibly grateful for friends, neighbors, and family who supported her in life. Their simple acts of selfless service, helping with the groceries or providing a ride to an appointment, were an example that all should follow.

Pam believed all people mattered. She was quick to forgive, and tried to use wit and humor to diffuse situations. She also didn’t believe in patient’s suffering, especially when it came to complex medical conditions. A special thank you to the physicians who treated her with exemplary grace, compassion, and inherent dignity in her journey.

Her love for family and friends was evident in her actions. She enjoyed hosting and cooking for them, happy to hear their laughter as she sat poolside or be a confidant in times of need. Pies, steaks, potato salad, or a full Thanksgiving dinner, she believed in the importance of home cooked meals for any occasion.

An avid green thumb, most revered her beautiful plants and blooming orchids. Give her a beach, the warm sun, good food, and loved ones close by- that was living content for Pam.

Per her wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, be kind to each other and tell them, “Love you”.
