Norma L.Regan, age 95 of Wichita, Ks passed away on 7-5-23.  She was born in Parsons, Ks on 1-21-28 to Albert and Velma Brouillard.  She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas F. Regan, her step-sister Ann Hergert and stillborn baby Kathryn Regan. Norma is survived by her 3 children, Jennifer (Shannon)Holley, Kelly Regan and Jana(Mike)Beard. 5 grandchildren, Lindsey Steele(Chris Hansen), Evan Holley, Hannah Holley, Shelby (Garrett)Miller and Logan Beard.  4 great-grandchildren, Emma Herrington, Perry Steele, Brock Miller and Brystol Miller, Nephew Rick Regan and Niece Becky Murray.  Norma graduated from East High School in Wichita, She attended WSU and was a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority for many years. She enjoyed playing bridge with friends she made in college. She maintained those relationships her entire life. She worked many different jobs throughout her lifetime. One of her favorites was working as a private nanny while living in Arizona.  She loved children.  She retired from St. Joe Hospital as a billing clerk.  After retirement she opened an antique store with 3 friends called the Armadillo.  She also worked for Remarkable Estate Sales. Norma and Tom took up dancing after retiring and you could find them on the dance floor every Saturday night. She lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger.
