Nola Ann (Qualls) Silver, 65 of Lewisville, TX. formerly of Wichita, entered her heavenly reward July 21, 2018, following a long battle of Early On-Set Alzheimer's. Nola was born Oct. 2, 1952 in Wichita, Kansas to Bill and Martha Qualls. A graduate of Wichita East High School, Nola began working in the fashion industry. Following high school, she took her engaging sense of style to Denver, Co. as a fashion consultant before returning to Wichita to be near family. She then worked in avionics at Cessna where she met Harold Silver, soon fall in love and became his much-adored wife. Nola also worked for Air Products and Supply where she was a valued employee for many years prior to her retirement in Florida. Nola was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, her parents Bill and Martha Qualls, and sister, Donna Gale. She is survived by her siblings: Dan (Jo) Qualls, Coal Valley, IL; Brenda (Gary) Owen, Wichita, KS; Thurston (Tammy) Qualls, Wichita, KS; Tim (Judy) Qualls, Wichita, KS; Randy Qualls, Colorado Springs, CO; and Della (Mark) Pruitt, Lewisville, TX. Further survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as numerous nieces and nephews, each of whom she absolutely adored and spoiled when given the chance. Her family and friends will remember her as being a loving, selfless and beautiful soul. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Old Mission Mortuary 3424 E. 21 st Wichita, Kansas.
