Nicki R. Janne, 56, died peacefully at her home on Nov. 6, 2014. She was a homemaker, loving grandmother, a paralegal, U.S. Postal employee and also involved in her church and community. Many will remember Nicki traveling in her Pink Firetruck. Memorials have been established in her name with the "Pink Heals" - Wichita Chapter. Nicki will be greatly missed by her husband, Richard; sons, Aaron (Emily) Hutton, and Jonathan (Mindy) Cashion; 7 grandchildren; her parents, Don and Karen Hawley; and many other relatives and a host of friends. A Celebration of Her Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 from 4 - 6 p.m. at Central Community Church with private family inurnment to follow at a later date.
