Ngo Van Bui was born in Da Nang, Vietnam on October 20, 1924 to Tai Van Bui and Thuyen Thi Nguyen. He passed away in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 2024 surrounded by family. Ngo loved fishing and gardening with his wife. Ngo escaped Vietnam with his fishing boat and came to America in 1981 for freedom and higher education for his children. He is a hardworking fisherman and loving father and grandpa.Ngo is survived by his wife, Dinh Thi Nguyen; children, Nga Tran, Hong (Lynda) Bui, Dung (Dylan) wife De, Be (Elizabeth) Bui and husband (Tam), Bay (Melissa) Bui; nephews, Hanh Van Bui and Hoang Van Bui; grandchildren, Belinh, Christopher, Kevin, Patrick, Samantha, Gavin Khang, Kian Huy, Briley Suong and Brayden Phi Long. A viewing will be held Tuesday December 3, 2024 from 2-6 pm with a service Wednesday December 4, 2024 at 10 am both held at Old Mission with a burial to follow.
