Nadine Stannard, 86, passed away Friday April 25, 2025 in Wichita, Kansas. She was born January 8, 1939, in Jetmore, Kansas to Vernon R. Strobel and Mabel A. Padley. Nadine was third generation Kansan, a Dodge City High School graduate. She earned her Registered Nurse license — graduating from Wesley School of Nursing in Wichita. Nadine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Nadine was Owner / Manager of Associated Material & Supply Co., Inc., a published writer, and member of Toastmasters International among many other Professional, Community Organizations, and boards including but not limited to Kansas Aggregate Producers Association, Kansas Contractors Association, Wichita Metro Crime Commission, and Guadalupe Clinic. She supported college scholar / athletics including Wichita State University and Nebraska. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents Vernon and Mabel Strobel; brother, Robert Strobel; and husband, David Stannard.
