Mary Ellen Henley, 83, retired realtor, was called home to be with the Lord on October 3, 3012.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Albert I. Henley; her parents, James B. and Alena Griffith; her brothers, Alvin, Joe, Omega and Herman Griffith and one sister, June Evelyn Griffith-Hodge.
She is survived by her sons, James Darryl (Sharon) Pettie, Dallas, TX, Larry Wayne Henley, Denver CO; daughter, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Ranee Henley, Wichita, KS; stepson, Dewayne (Maureen) Henley; stepdaughter, Anita (Harmon) Webb; granddaughter, Lashawn (Brian) Linder, Warner Robins, GA; grandson, Ryan Henley, Denver, CO; goddaughter, Karen J. Porter; granddog,, "Jackson". She also leaves behind three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and host of step-children.
The Celebration of Her Life Service is 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2012 and Visitation 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday, both at Old Mission Mortuary Chapel.
