IN LOVING MEMORY OF

Kralicek

Martha Jo Kralicek (Ball)
Marti,as she liked to be called, was born in Wichita Kansas on November 16, 1942 to Joseph and Marguerite Ball. She graduated from Wichita East High School as a young wife and mother.
She and her second husband, Floyd Berry, owned and operated "Party Pack" ice company delivering ice in and around Wichita during the 1970's and early 1980's, enlisting the help of family members. After the loss of her second husband she married Marvin Kralicek and they were together up until his death several years later. She spent the remainder of her working years working at Walmart at 21st and Maize in Wichita as a sales clerk and cashiering.
Due to her suffering from dementia, she and her son, Greg Manning, have been in nursing homes for the past 7 years. After spending a year at a nursing home in Haysville, she and Greg moved to Holiday Resort Nursing Home in Salina in 2014 to be near the rest of their family.
Marti is survived by her son, Greg Manning of Salina; her sister, Susan Fischer, nephew; Dr. Sean Herrington and his wife, Kim, from Salina, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her family as well as the staff and residents at Holiday Resort Nursing Home where she was treated like family.
