Mitchell, Marjorie Alice, 93, loving wife, mother, grandma, friend, and former secretary at USD 259 VoTech center, died Friday, December 9. Marjorie was born October 22, 1923 to Clayton Joseph and Edna Siegrist Hill on a farm near Burrton, Kansas. The youngest of seven children, her parents and siblings predeceased her, as did Irl R. Mitchell, her husband of 57 years. She is survived by her five children: Michael (Catie) of Wichita, Mary of Andover, Melody (Rick) Bilyeu of Arkansas City, Mona (Kevin) Logsdon of Wichita, and Maurice (Juli) of Wichita, plus 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Wherever Marjorie called home, friends and family won't soon forget her acts of kindness, sweet temperament, and generous spirit.
