Marie Estelle Clark, 81 passed away on May 12, 2026 in Wichita, KS. She was born October 6, 1944 in Syracuse, NY to Charles Ferrante and Mary Perrone Ferarante. She graduated from Albany State University in New York with a Bachelors of Science in Business. There she was in a Sorority Beta Zeta where she met her future husband William Clark. She then became a Captain’s wife in the Military and was able to travel the world and end up settling in Monterey, CA for a few years then Roseville, CA. She was a para legal for a while and worked for the State. When she became a mother she decided to become Manager of Household Operations. Later in life she decided to move to Wichita, KS to be closer to her daughter.

From Gymnastics MOM to Dance MOM she loved music, dancing, reading, playing tennis, volunteering, loving on her cats, needlepoint, watching her TV shows, Gambling, talking with her friends, being a mom, and wife. Nonni biscuits ands coffee at Starbucks with great conversations full of quick wit, laughs, smiles made her day. Her friends have said she was a joy to be around and will be extremely missed. She is, and always will be, the best mom in the Universe. Now she is an Angel in the sky.

Marie Clark is survived by her husband William Clark, daughter Mia Weeks, son in law Terry Weeks, sister Carolyn Thayer, brother in law Rick Thayer, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Perrone Ferrante.
