Linda K. Hoover was born November 14, 1951 in Wichita, Kansas to Gerald K. and Fay M. (Woods) Bader. She lost the battle with breast cancer on March 18, 2009 at the age of 57 in Wichita, Kansas.
Linda was a retired secretary for USD 259 Wichita West High School where she graduated from in 1969. She followed children of former classmates through their high school experience. Linda was a graduate of Patricia Stevens. She became employed by Hertz Rent-A-Car Company at the Wichita Airport and also the location in San Diego, California. In the early 1980's she was also a Tupperware distributor. Linda was an active member of the Laleche League and Babysitting Cooperative and vigoursly involved in Breast Cancer awareness.
Preceding Linda in death are her father, Gerald Bader and brother, Gary Bader.
Linda will be remembered by her dedicated husband of thirty three years, John C. Hoover; as a devoted mother to daughter Tisha M. Hoover and Justin T.S. Hoover; a loving grandmother to Kinsley and Porter Morrison; a loving daughter to her mother; Fay Bader; her brother, Terry (Denise) Bader; and many other family members and close friends.
Visitation 4 - 8 p.m. Monday at Old Mission Mortuary.
Funeral at 1:30 p.m. at Old Mission Mortuary Tuesday.

In search for a cure the family is requesting donations to Victory in the Valley or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
