Lee Ralph Hoge, 85, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother unexpectedly ran into the arms of his heavenly Father early Sunday, March 3, 2019, in Wichita, KS.

He was born May 8, 1933 in Ottawa, KS to Dean and Martha Ann (Buell) Hoge. The family later moved to California, and then Lee returned to Kansas to attend Miltonvale Wesleyan College earning a BA in religion, and later another BA in Education from Kansas State University. He married Leona (Ming) in 1955, and pastored churches in both Iowa and California. They returned to Kansas where Lee taught junior high in Minneapolis, and at St. John's Military School in Salina. In 1981, Lee married Yvonne (Loudenslager), and went to work at Old Mission Mortuary in Wichita until retirement. Lee met Elaine (Wells) at church, and they married in 2003. Lee loved to play golf, laugh with friends, study the Bible, share the love of Jesus, and spoil his adored dogs.

Lee is survived by his beloved wife, Elaine; daughter, Sandra (Frank) Cole of Salina, KS; son, Ken (Beverly) Hoge of Frisco, TX; brother, Gary (Sharon) Decker of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Tracee (Jeff), Cassee, Alyx, and Geordyn; great-grandsons, Payton and Hudson; and many nieces and nephews. Lee is also survived by Elaine's sons: Steve (Donna) Hamm of New Braunfels, TX and Brent (Kathy) Hamm of Williamsburg, VA; and Yvonne's children: Richard, Dennis, Jan Srack, Allen, and Robert Bailey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, twin baby brother, sister Dean Ann, wife Yvonne, and step-son, Jim Bailey.
