Lana Smith, 61, died June 8, 2008.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 11 at Old Mission Mortuary Chapel.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, William R. Smith; sons, William R. Smith, Jr., cory Allen Smith; granddaughter, Machella Smith, all of Wichita; brother, Maury Lambert, Coopertino, California.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Mortuary to cover funeral expenses.
