Kim Chew passed away on January 16, 2017 in Wichita, KS. Kim was born in Canton, China on August 5, 1917. She married Gene L. Chew in 1937 in China and came to the United States in 1948. They were married for 54 years. She is preceded in death by her husband in 1991, her sister, Kwie Tong Wong and brother, Henry Lew. She is survived by her daughters, Susie Wong (Ming), Vicki Crumbliss, Debbie Mar (Wayne), Joyce Webb (Mark), and son, Johnny Chew, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. They brought her great joy, and they all cherished her throughout her 99 years of life. Funeral services will be held at Old Mission Mortuary 3424 E 21st, on Friday January 20, 2017 at 11:00 am with an hour visitation prior. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been set up with Good Shepherd Hospice.
