Josephine Payne, passed away March 9, 2019, was born to Lewis and Clara Schrader in Wichita, KS. January 6, 1922. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her loving daughter Elinor (Randy) Kaplin. Josephine is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Payne; parents; 2 sons, Jim Payne and Ray Fees; a daughter, Jennifer Fees; 3 brothers, Don Schrader, Geoff Payne and Mark Payne; 2 sisters, Marilyn Metcalf and Lois Beard.
