John Steven Wilson (JR), son of Vivian and Stacey Wilson was born December 20, 1952 in Ashland, Kansas. He died at the age of 56, on May 22, 2009, in Wichita, Kansas.
JR is survived by his brother and sister in law, Phil and Linda Enegren; his sister and brother in law, Phyllis and Walter Newby; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and all the family at Starkey and ARC. John brought laughter and love to anyone he came in contact with.
He worked at Starkey and lived in a Starkey group home and participated in many activities at ARC. JR enjoyed life with his family and friends and valued the memories and moments with all. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service to be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Tyler Road Baptist Church; entombment following at Mission Chapel Mausoleum.
