John Wesley Burnett, 94, retired Boeing manager and WWII veteran, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. Born on August 25, 1921 in Hill, Oklahoma. John was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and loving spouse, Elizabeth (Tiemeyer) Burnett. He is survived by; daughter Joan Burnett, daughter Janice (James) Nyberg, son John Burnett, daughter Joyce Burnett, three grandchildren; Leila, Breanne and Sean and two great-grandchildren; Miles and Eleni. Rosary will be held Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. and memorial service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Chapel at Catholic Care Center, 6700 E 45 St. N Bel Aire.
