Jerry M. Pratt, 84, passed away January 16, 2024, in his home in Wichita, KS. He was born in Wichita, KS, May 17, 1939 to William E. Pratt and Hazel Pratt (Dailey). Jerry was a devout believer in God, father and family man, he would help anyone anytime. He was dedicated to the Shriners mission up until the day he passed. Jerry retired as a Crew Chief tool and die maker after 30+ years, also he proudly served in the Navy, later retiring from the AirForce Reserves. He is survived by his daughter, Ginny Anaya; sons, Ramon J. Pratt (Rachel), Kelly E. Pratt (Amber); grandchildren, Curtis M. Anaya, Kendall M. Anaya, Kyle M. Anaya (Ashley), Anthony McDaniel (Kristen), Kara Pratt, Kayla Pratt (Chance Barnard), Brittney Pratt (William Lynden) and Zachary Pratt (Mackenzie), Kylee Lindley (Caleb) and Leo Pratt; great grandchildren, Maliyah, Dalin, Sofia, Odin, Sylvie, Rocket, Jaxon, Maddox, Brexley, Grayson, Wrenlee, Isiah, Charlotte and Addison. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; wife, V. Elaine Pratt, of 53 years; son, Guy A. Pratt and siblings, William Pratt, Joy Burgardt and Mary Mendez. Jerry will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. A funeral service will be February 3rd, 2024, 11 am at Old Mission Mortuary Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Plane of Mercy, 130 S Topeka St, Wichita, KS 67202.
