James "Bill" Phares, 99, passed away in Wichita, Kansas, May 19, 2021.  He was born September 9, 1921 in Braymer, Missouri.  Bill was the owner of Phares Window Covering Services for over 30 years.  He is survived by daughters, Cheryl (Charles) Bish of Wichita and Amy (Garren) Taylor of Wichita; son-in-law Bob Wolgamott; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  Bill is preceded in death by his wife, C. June Phares and daughter, Debbie Wolgamott.
