Herman Otis Owens, 90, passed away December 8, 2021, in Wichita, Kansas. He was born August 27, 1931, in Norwood, Missouri, to Otis Elisha Munroe Owens and Lottie Mable (Pruett) Owens. Herman is survived by sister, Zelma Hendricks; son, Darren Owens; daughters, Donna Machutta and Georgia Pfannenstiel; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife  Ethel Mae (Coffman) Owens and son Gary Otis Owens.
