Harold Hyson, 66, retired after 39 years from Special Tooling at Cessna & IAM Member, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2010.
Visitation 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, and Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, both at Old Mission Mortuary, with short graveside services to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
Preceded in death by father, Dean Hyson; and 2 sisters, Jenett & Iris.
Survivors: wife of 46 years, Kay Hyson; children, Steve Hyson (April) & Tonya Malicoat (James); mother, Ollie Slead of Eureka; brother, Vernon Hyson of Wichita, Myron Hyson of El Dorado; and sister, Crystal Johnson of Virgil; grandkids, Krystal, Joshua, Nathan & Ashley; great-grandkids, Taylon, Kaden, Luke, and soon-to-arrive, Baby Schmeidler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 83105, which had a special place in Harold's heart.
