Harold Lee Hill, resident member of Kansas Masonic Home, USD259 retired Middle School Math Teacher and World War II Navy veteran, entered eternal rest surrounded by his granddaughter, Chelle (USD259 K-5 Interrelated Teacher), his great granddaughter Savannah, and his great grandson, Jonathan, on Thanksgiving (November 26, 2020). He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma (USD259 retired English Teacher), oldest son (Paul), and youngest son (Monte). He will be missed dearly by all who had the pleasure of meeting him and developing a strong familial bond, including daughter-in-law Judy (Paul's widow), and future grandsons-in-law Jamie (Chelle) and Will (Savannah). Known for his courageous optimistic attitude manifested in replies to inquiries to his well-being with, "Getting better everyday, improving with age!", he will be lovingly honored and remembered with a grave side service to be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 at the White Chapel Cemetary.
Bishop Robertson from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will officiate the service.
