Gertrude E. Jeter was born January 2, 1923, in Salina, Ks. to William R. Brookhouser and Harrietta Scott and passed away March 1, 2018.  She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, William, Eddie, Scott, Larry and Raymond, one sister Kathlyn, two daughters, Trudy & Sharon, her son Paul and her loving husband of 76 years David L. Jeter (Jack).  She is survived by her two sisters, Ethel & Jeannine, sons David (Vicky), Larry (Rita), and Mike (Nancy) 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Gertrude was a great Mom and grandma who enjoyed square dancing, camping and golf.  Gertrude lived a long full life and will be greatly missed by her family.
