Gene LeRoy Littlejohn Died November 2, 2024, at home in Wichita, Kansas he was born August 18,1947, in Wichita Kansas to parents Edwin Littlejohn and Joreene DePee.

He is preceded in death by his father Edwin Littlejohn, birth mother Joreene Gile DePee, stepmother Lila Bates Minard, sister, Cheryl Lillich. Daughters in law Melinda Chandler, and Tammy Chandler

Gene is survived by Wife of 31 years Virginia L Chandler, children: Laura Littlejohn Medley (Warren), Gene "Sonny" Littlejohn Jr. (Wendy), Gary E. Littlejohn, Ty L Chandler, Thomas Chandler, Richard" Tony" Chandler (Shannon), sisters: Diana DePee Crisp (Don) Littleton CO, Theresa Littlejohn Wichita, Debra Littlejohn Canady (Douglas) Hill City SD, many nieces and nephews and family and friends.

He graduated from West High School and Butler College with a business degree. Retired disabled Army veteran, worked at OK Transfer & Storage before retiring.He spent 10 years in the army, a few years in Germany. He took dancing lessons for two-step and love dancing. He loved to fish, tell jokes and keep people laughing. A 26-year cancer survivor. He managed many different type of employment at OK Transfer from truck driving, , inventory, warehousing, fork lift driver and office work.
