Frank R. Snapp was born in Bluefield, West Virginia, June 3, 1931 and went to be with the Lord November 27, 2018 in Wichita, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters; a brother and 3 grandchildren. He left behind his loving wife, Marjorie, of 49 years; daughters, Cheryl (Dale) McRae, Christy (Jayme) Hunt; sons, Tim (Juanita) Wilson and David Wilson; grandchildren, Tom C. Wilson, Trina (Danny) Wilson, Niklas Wilson, Makendra Hunt, Jaxon Verte, Casey (Seneca) Smith, Sam Smith, Jayme (Eric) Wilson, Christopher McRae, Klarke McRae and Morgan (Kelly) McRae; great-grandchildren, Karsyn, Kimlee, Koltyn McRae, Justic, Ethan and Avery Smith; also his beloved cat Mittens. Frank graduated Goddard High School in 1952 and went into the Army where he was Active Duty in Korea and then going into the Army Reserves for a total of 28 years of service. He was also a Machinist Turet Lathe Operator, Diesel Mechanic for International Harvestor, Pepsi, Detroit Diesel and Big Truck Engines. Frank enjoyed fishing, camping, car repair and telling stories of his many adventures raising his grandsons Klarke and Morgan. The trip to remember was his first cruise to Alaska, he took with his wife, in 2017.
