Cowley, Frances Carolyn, 77, passed away March 23, 2013. She loved beading and to crochet, especially baby blankets. Preceded in death by her mother, Verna Reed; husband, Richard and son, Joseph. Survivors include son, Jeff (Terri) Cowley; daughter, Shelly Cowley; brother, Royce Reed; sister, Nova (George) Yearly; grandchildren, Alex, Tyler, Brynne, Abby; 2 great grandchildren; nieces, Dawn Wailand, Holly Modica. Funeral service Tuesday 11:00 a.m., visitation Monday 4 to 8 p.m., with family present from 5 to 7 p.m., both at Old Mission Mortuary. Memorials may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
