Edward J. Sterling, 76, was born in Tooele, UT, April 4, 1947, to Merton and Margaret (Scanlon) Sterling. He passed away July 15, 2023, at home, with his wife Carol by his side. He honorably served in the US Airforce and was a man of faith. Edward loved the aviation industry and retired from Boeing after 40 years. Edward is survived by his wife, Carol, of 40 years; daughter, Shawna Sterling; son, Vaughn Sterling' brother, George Sterling; sister, Maggie Dennis (Robert Frost); grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Vance Oliver. A graveside service will be Tuesday, Jul 25, 2023, at Old Mission Cemetery, 11 am.
