Edgar A. Poe, Sr., 87, retired auto body mechanic, died June 5, 2008.
Viewing and visitation will occur Tuesday, June 10 from 4 - 8 p.m. with family present 6 - 8 p.m. at Old Mission Mortuary.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Bethel Life Center, 3777 South Meridian.
Ed was an avid bowler. He loved camping, traveling Branson and Marion Lake. He was the youngest of seven children.
Preceded in death by his brothers; sisters and daughters, Helen Louise Powers and Rebecca Poe.
Survivors include; wife Darlene (Sprayberry) Poe; daughter, Penny Taylor of Wichita; son, Edgar A. Jr.; stepsons, Curtis D. Sprayberry, Kenneth E. Sprayberry, both of Haysville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Kansas or bethel Life Center.
