Dorothy Allene Wiggans, 97, passed away June 13, 2021 in Derby, Kansas. She was born in Dighton, KS, April 23, 1924 to Louis Balocca and Edna Balocca (Cook). Dorothy was the 4th oldest of 7 children. She was a kind, quiet and good person who enjoyed spending her time with her family. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Alan (Anita) Wiggans, Dennis Wiggans; sisters,  Everta Carrothers; grandchildren, Jennifer (Eugene), Adrian, Aaron, Kimberly (David); 7 great grandchildren and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph, Avery, Kenny and Merle and sister Berniece.
