Dorothy (Shepard) Lampton 85, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away September 23, 2007 at home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Lampton and sisters, Harvene Brown and Carol Free.
Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Lampton;grandchildren, Stacey Pogue; and very special nieces and nephews Lance, Donette, Lynn, Pamela and Andrea.
A Memorial Service was held at 10 a.m., Thursday, September 27 at First Salem United Church of Christ, 952 S. Hillside.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Salem United Church of Christ Nursery Fund or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
