Donna Jean Myers was born November 13, 1954 to Cecil Thurman and Martha Ann (Surran) Phillips in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. She died at Harry Hynes Hospice on April 4, 2011 in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 56.
Donna was a Loan Operations Manager for Southwest National Bank, a volunteer with the Girl Scouts and an avid "Soccer Mom". She enjoyed life with her family and friends and valued the memories and moments with all.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Earl and William.
Donna will be missed by her husband of nearly 30 years, Charlie; daughter, Michelle (Glenn) Rasmussen of Norman, OK.; son, Zackary (Michelle) Myers of Wichita, Ks.; 2 brothers, Howard (Opal) Phillips and Connie Phillips of Lawrenceburg, KY.; 2 sisters, Peggy (Billy) Franklin of Lawrenceburg, KY. and Linda (Jackie) Woods of Frankfort, KY.; many other family and friends.
A visitation with family and friends will be held Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.at Old Mission Mortuary with a Celebration of her Life begining at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2011 at Old Mission Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
