Dixie Kay Brockelsby was born June 13, 1941 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Thomas William and Nettie Martha (Watts) Webb. She died at the age of 67 on January 22, 2009 in Wichita, Kansas. Dixie Kay married David Brockelsby on September 26, 1982 at the Northwest Church of God, Wichita, Kansas. She was a homemaker who had a generous heart and who was always giving to others.
Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 26 at Evangel Assembly of God Church, 11444 West 21st Street, Wichita, Kansas.
Final committal services will follow on Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Old Mission Cemetery.
Preceding Dixie Kay in death are her parents, and infant daughter, Kathy Jo; sisters, Wanda Sue and Imogene Webb.
She will be remembered and loved by her husband, David, of the home; brothers, Thomas (Rosella) Webb, Bob (Gail) Webb; sisters, Jackie (Ron) Tannehill, and Sharon Ann Guebelle; and many nieces and nephews.
