David Craig Daniels, 76, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on October 29, 2026 in Wichita. David was born in Wichita to Clair and Norma Daniels on October 15, 1950. He went to high school at Wichita South. He worked in avionic electronic technology. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. 

David is preceded in death by his parents, Clair and Norma Daniels; brother, Steve; and loving wife Sherry Daniels.

David is survived by his brother, Jeffrey of Missouri; son, Michael Lakous; daughter, Joey Dean; grandchildren, Darren Lakous, Brittany Dean, Haley Lakous, Kyle Dean, Rachel and Rebekah Dean, Kinsey Lakous, Cody Dean, and Sydney Lakous; great-grandchildren, Declan Lakous, Dashiell Lakous, and Danika Lakous.

A memorial service will take place at 3:00pm on Friday, November 20th at Old Mission Mortuary.
